SlyLines – Funny, savage, and flirty replies for texts, comebacks, and awkward moments.

Some texts deserve a better reply than "haha yeah."

You know you should say something back. Finding the actual words before the moment passes is the hard part. That is what this site is for.

About SlyLines

Written to be said, not just read.

Why this exists

Most reply advice online was written by someone who never had to say the line out loud under pressure. It reads fine on a screen and falls apart the moment someone actually tries to use it.

SlyLines runs the other way. Every line gets tested against one question before it goes up: would I actually say this back, in that exact moment? If the answer is not yes, it does not go in.

That is the only standard that matters here.

What that means for you

  • Every line is written for a specific moment, not to pad out a list or hit a word count.
  • No affiliate links, no sponsored lines, no commercial arrangement that shapes what gets written here.
  • Free to use, supported by display advertising only.
  • If a line did not work in real life, that is useful to know. Reach out through the contact page.

Scarlett Lowe

Nine years behind a bar, across three different cities, means nine years of watching people freeze in real time: the comeback that landed five minutes too late, the flirt that almost worked, the joke that should have stayed unsaid.

Regulars started asking what to say back. SlyLines is what that turned into: lines tested in a real room first, not guessed at from behind a keyboard.
